This action was taken because after many years as a division of A&A Co-ordinated Services Ltd., Service & Maintenance had grown to such a size that the Directors felt its future strategy would be better served if the business was a separate limited company. This will provide its client base with a more efficient and cost effective organisation.

The new company is still staffed by the same personnel and due to its success, a few new names have been added to our friendly and efficient maintenance team.
